Kathy Oyler

Kathy has been working in the field of addiction recovery for over ten years. Her hands-on experience with addiction has given her the clinical comprehension of what to expect and how to aid you and your loved one through this difficult period of treatment and recovery. Kathy’s knowledge, expertise, and overall loving demeanor help guide and comfort those who have reached a point where they no longer know what to do. She has had the opportunity of working directly with physicians during the alcohol drug detox portion of treatment. Her familiarity with the various symptoms and science of the detoxification process allow her to help the client through this sometimes difficult period. Kathy believes that chemical dependency is a debilitating disease that attacks an individual and families on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Kathy is currently awaiting her certification as an alcohol and drug treatment counselor and is also a nationally certified drug and alcohol interventionist. As an interventionist, it is Kathy’s goal to educate the family so that their loved one will choose the help that is being offered. With her own personal battles of alcohol and drug addiction she brings her own compassion, kindness, and respect in all of her work.
